ClinBound
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective August 18, 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. The short version: use ClinBound for your own application journey, don't take what isn't yours, and don't pass AI drafting off as your own writing to the people deciding your future.
Your account is yours alone
One account, one applicant. Don't share your login, sell or rent access, or use someone else's account. Pro's AI allowances are per person — pooling one subscription across a pre-health club is the kind of sharing this rule is about. You are responsible for everything done under your login, so keep your password to yourself.
Don't take the content
ClinBound's school dataset, practice question banks, passage sets, interview questions and guidance, and study materials are the product. Don't scrape, bulk-export, copy, or republish them; don't use automated tools, scripts, or bots against the service; and don't use any of it to build or train a competing product or dataset.
Your own data is different — what you entered is yours, and exporting your own information for your own use is always fine.
Academic honesty
ClinBound's AI can give feedback on your essays and practice answers. What it cannot do is become the author. Application services and schools have their own rules about AI-written essays, and misrepresenting authorship on an application can end a candidacy entirely — a consequence far worse than anything in this policy.
Use the feedback to make your writing better. Don't submit AI-generated text as your personal statement or secondary essays, and don't use ClinBound to cheat on any examination or coursework.
Don't attack the service
Don't probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service; don't attempt to access other users' data or any account, system, or API you aren't authorized for; don't interfere with the service's operation or bypass rate limits, paywalls, or usage allowances; and don't misuse the AI features to generate content that is illegal or intended to harm others. If you find a security problem, tell us at 23quamoliv@gmail.com — we are grateful for responsible reports.
Follow the law
Don't use ClinBound to violate any law or anyone else's rights, and don't upload content you don't have the right to use. Upload your own transcript and your own resume — not someone else's documents or personal information.
Enforcement
If an account violates this policy we may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate it, depending on what happened — scraping the question bank and sharing a password are not the same offense and won't be treated the same. Where a violation involves your safety or ours, the law, or harm to other users, we may act without warning.
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice or email us — a human reads it, and honest mistakes are treated as honest mistakes.
